This independent project management consultancy work with some of the industry's most high-profile real estate developer and investor clients and are currently instructed on several headline projects in Central London.
Due to new projects instructions, they seek a Project Manager at Project Director level to act as day to day lead on commercial cut and carve / CAT A projects with values £50m-£100m.
You'll be part of a high-performing team that consistently punches above its weight with a strong market reputation working on quality projects.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years' experience within a project management consultancy
- Proven track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contracts
- Experience across new build, cut & carve, or CAT A schemes
- Ideally chartered or working towards (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders confidently
