We're looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager to join us on a flexible, part-time basis. This role would suit someone who loves corporate finance but is looking for a different way of working. You may be returning from maternity or a career break, looking for greater flexibility, or simply wanting to work in a smaller business where you can have genuine influence and direct client exposure.
About the role
- You'll work directly with business owners and company directors across a wide range of transactions, including:
- Sell-side and buy-side M&A
- Financial modelling and valuations
- Deal execution
- Strategic projects for owner-managed businesses
This is a hands-on role with significant client responsibility and the opportunity to help shape a growing advisory business.
We're looking for someone who has:
- ACA or ACCA qualification
- Corporate finance, transaction services or financial due diligence experience
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- A commercial mindset and a willingness to take ownership
- Experience managing projects and working directly with clients
