Course Description
Healthy years, longevity and overall well-being are top priorities in today’s global health landscape. However, despite a large body of research supporting the relationship between nutrition and holistic health, diet fads and misinformation often present obstacles to achieving a longer, healthier life. By applying evidence-based insights and personalising nutrition for different life stages, individuals can address specific needs and enhance their quality of life. The Programme from Imperial College Business School Executive Education offers an in-depth exploration of essential nutrition topics. The programme delves into the science of food digestion, dietary patterns that support metabolic health and the role of nutrition across each stage of life. By the end of the programme participants will have learn to read food labels critically, develop customised meal plans and implement evidence-based nutrition practices.
