By applying evidence-based insights and personalizing nutrition for different life stages, individuals can address specific needs and enhance their quality of life. The Programme from Imperial College Business School Executive Education offers an in-depth exploration of essential nutrition topics. The programme delves into the science of food digestion, dietary patterns that support metabolic health and the role of nutrition across each stage of life.
