Emeritus's Enterprise business is growing fast, and we are now looking for an experienced commercial team member to sustain our traction in developing leaders at large organisations in Europe. Our programmes typically focus on 'applied' leadership around a specific topic - helping leaders build the confidence, credibility, and capabilities to achieve their organisations' most strategic priorities. This includes topics like data & AI leadership, digital transformation leadership, and sustainability & ESG leadership, but also core leadership skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source and develop sixâ and sevenâfigure commercial relationships to build applied leadership programmes for a defined territory of large companies across Europe.
- Develop proposals of high quality that bring together Emeritus' assets (university relationships, strong expert network, existing topâtier client base, fresh hybrid delivery format) and the client's context and needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal curriculum designers and delivery teams, and external subject matter experts and university partners, to develop and deliver leadership programmes that achieve clients' goals.
- Contribute to a library of programmes and case studies that other teams can use.
- Bolster Emeritus' thought leadership through events and publications.
- This role begins as an individual contributor, with the possibility of building a team in the future.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a commercial capacity designing and delivering executive leadership programmes at a topâtier professional services firm or university executive education department.
- A strong network of relationships with CHROs, Chief Learning Officers, Heads of Leadership Development, and functional leaders at large companies in Europe (Chief Digital, Data, Sustainability, etc.).
- Comfort with a highâgrowth and fastâpaced working environment.
- Full professional fluency in English. Additional fluency in French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
- Subjectâmatter expertise in digital transformation, data and AI, or sustainability is a plus.
- Understanding of the Banking and/or Professional / Financial services sector is a plus.
- Understanding of the Pharma sector is a plus.
