Emeritus’s Enterprise business is growing fast, and we are now looking for an experienced commercial team member to sustain our traction in developing leaders at large organisations in Europe. Our programmes typically focus on ‘applied’ leadership around a specific topic - helping leaders build the confidence, credibility, and capabilities to achieve their organizations’ most strategic priorities. This includes topics like data & AI leadership, digital transformation leadership, and sustainability & ESG leadership, as well as core leadership skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source and develop six‑ and seven‑figure commercial relationships to build applied leadership programmes for a defined territory of large companies across Europe.
- Develop proposals of high quality that bring together Emeritus’ assets (university relationships, strong expert network, existing top‑tier client base, fresh hybrid delivery format) and the client’s context and needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal curriculum designers and delivery teams, and external subject matter experts and university partners, to develop and deliver leadership programmes that achieve clients’ goals.
- Contribute to a library of programmes and case studies that other teams can use.
- Bolster Emeritus’ thought leadership through events and publications.
- This role begins as an individual contributor, with the possibility of building a team in the future.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a commercial capacity designing and delivering executive leadership programmes at a top‑tier professional services firm or university executive education department.
- A strong network of relationships with CHROs, Chief Learning Officers, Heads of Leadership Development, and functional leaders at large companies in Europe (Chief Digital, Data, Sustainability, etc.).
- Comfort with a high‑growth and fast‑paced working environment.
- Full professional fluency in English. Additional fluency in French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
- Subject‑matter expertise in digital transformation, data and AI, or sustainability is a plus.
- Understanding of the Banking and/or Professional / Financial services sector is a plus.
- Understanding of the Pharma sector is a plus.
