Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für den Ausbau unseres Actuarial Recruitment Desk für den deutschen Markt
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu führenden Versicherungs- und Bankkunden
- Leitung von Geschäftsentwicklungsinitiativen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem deutschsprachigen Associate Consultant
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Zukunft unserer DACH-Division
Ihr Profil:
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting und in der Geschäftsentwicklung
- Starke Führungs-, Mentoring- und Beziehungsmanagement-Fähigkeiten
- Deutscher Muttersprachler, Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Ehrgeizige, belastbare und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit
- Leidenschaft für Leistung und Teamarbeit
