Descriptif du poste

Nous recrutons des Consultants en recrutement freelance (360°) expérimentés, francophones pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Londres. Vous travaillerez sur les marchés France & Luxembourg, avec un focus particulier sur les environnements freelance en banque, assurance et asset management.

Vos missions :

  • Piloter l’intégralité du cycle de recrutement freelance : identification des missions, sourcing des candidats, qualification, négociation contractuelle et finalisation des placements.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et contractuel des missions (facturation, renouvellements, conformité).
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients actifs dans les services financiers.
  • Conseiller vos interlocuteurs sur leurs stratégies de staffing en mode agile (missions, projets, transformation).
  • Accompagner et conseiller les consultants freelance pendant toute la durée de leur mission.

Ce poste vous offre la possibilité de prendre part au développement d’un desk prestation externe en pleine croissance, avec un accompagnement personnalisé pour construire et piloter votre propre portefeuille.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée (3 ans minimum) en recrutement freelance (contracting) en intérim ou en tant qu’apporteur d’affaires.
  • Bonne compréhension des spécificités contractuelles (négociation de TJM, gestion des fiches de présence, facturation, gestion des renouvellements etc.).
  • Capacité à générer et entretenir des relations solides avec des clients.
  • Excellent sens de l’écoute, rigueur administrative et aisance commerciale.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie, et capacité à s’adapter dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Français courant indispensable, bon niveau d’anglais requis.

  • Entretien avec la Directrice, en présentiel à Londres ou en visioconférence (2h).
  • Entretien final avec un Manager et un Consultant Senior (1h).
