Job Description

We are recruiting experienced freelance recruitment consultants (360°), fluent in French, to join our team based in London. You will work on the France & Luxembourg markets, with a particular focus on freelance environments in banking, insurance, and asset management.

Your missions:

  • Manage the entire freelance recruitment cycle: identifying assignments, sourcing candidates, qualification, contractual negotiation, and finalising placements.
  • Ensure the administrative and contractual follow-up of assignments (invoicing, renewals, compliance).
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of active clients in financial services.
  • Advise your contacts on their staffing strategies in an agile mode (assignments, projects, transformation).
  • Support and advise freelance consultants throughout their assignment duration.

This position offers you the opportunity to participate in the development of a rapidly growing external service desk, with personalised support to build and manage your own portfolio. At Emérique & Partners, progression is primarily based on performance: our best consultants join the circle of “Partners” and have a significant impact on the company's strategic decisions.

Profile Required

  • Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in freelance recruitment (contracting) in temporary work or as a business introducer.
  • Good understanding of contractual specifics (negotiation of daily rates, management of attendance sheets, invoicing, management of renewals, etc.).
  • Ability to generate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent listening skills, administrative rigor, and commercial ease.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent French essential, good level of English required.

  • Interview with the Director, in person in London or via video conference (2h).
  • Final interview with a Manager and a Senior Consultant (1h).
