Job Role: Corporate Receptionist
Location: London
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be required to –
- Providing a professional, proficient Front of House service with seamless coverage, politely greeting visitors & making them feel welcome.
- Delivering a great customer experience for all of those using & working in the office for both internal & external customers.
- Consistently maintaining high levels of customer service.
This role reports to the Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer.
Main Responsibilities
- Housekeeping – proactively ensure that kitchens/kitchenettes are kept clean, tidy and fully stocked at all times.
- Ensure all meeting rooms and desks are cleaned and cleared after use ready for the next person or team to use.
- Checking that office equipment i.e. Copiers/TV’s/Fridges etc are in working order.
- Administration – Ordering stationery, kitchen stock, business lunches etc/raising purchase orders
- Supporting with office etiquettes and environment to be positively influenced by visible front of house presence
- Reporting maintenance defects to the Facilities Manager.
- Sorting of and Franking of Post
- Arranging Couriers
- Ad-hoc and any other duties as requested by the Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer
- Dealing with facilities related queries from colleagues, visitors, contractors & providing assistance accordingly.
- Managing multiple meeting room calendars and scheduling meetings efficiently.
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working Front of House in a busy office environment.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety regulations & capable of effective Manual Handling Operations
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel & Word packages.
- Able to prioritise workload and multitask
- Excellent communicator with people of all levels.
- Passion for high levels of customer service
- Proactive with a flexible/adaptable approach with the ability to work unsupervised
- Flexibility to provide team sickness/holiday cover at short notice
- Friendly & customer focused
- First Aid Trained (Or willingness to be trained)
