We want you to:

  • Take responsibility over designing, coding, testing and deploying Java-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, architecture and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of Full Stack Java development experience with React.
  • Solid proficiency in SpringBoot and designing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience and expertise in AWS, No-SQL/Relational Databases.
  • Experience and expertise in advanced topics like asynchronous processing, background threads, concurrency handling, analyzing bottlenecks & optimizing back-end services for performance, and developing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and change-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Location requirement: This is a hybrid position based in Riga, Latvia.
