We want you to:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions within ShareDo or similar legal technology platforms.
- Build and optimize workflows, case management systems, and document automation processes to support legal operations.
- Collaborate with legal and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards are met in all automation implementations.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve workflows to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Stay updated on trends in legal automation, workflow platforms, and no/low-code tools.
This job might be for you if you:
- Have experience with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate), ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar low-code case management solutions.
- Have hands-on experience with ShareDo or comparable legal workflow/document automation platforms such as: Legito, Quixy, Fliplet, Budibase, Clarra, Codeless ONE, or Civica.
- Have experience designing and configuring no-code / low-code workflows for complex business processes.
- Are comfortable working with integrations, APIs, and data flows between enterprise systems.
- Understand security, access control, and compliance best practices in enterprise or regulated environments.
