Responsibilities
- Perform functional and regression testing.
- Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements, user stories, and business logic.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report software defects in a clear and timely manner.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements.
- Analyze the impact of system changes and adjust test plans accordingly.
- Contribute to test automation by identifying opportunities and developing automated scripts.
- Review test results, track defect resolution, and ensure timely closure.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Continuously improve testing processes and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tester or QA Engineer.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as QTest, Tosca, and Jira.
- Strong experience in test case development, execution, and defect tracking.
- Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP) and integration testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe Scrum).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing digital applications.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is considered an asset.

- Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.
- Experience with version control systems (e. g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
