Newcastle University is offering an NIHR PhD Studentship to modernise Campylobacter burden assessment using integrated genomics, symptoms and surveillance data. Located in Newcastle upon Tyne, this 4-year full-time studentship funds UK students with 100% home fees and a tax-free living allowance of Β£21 805 per year.

You will collaborate with FSA and UKHSA, applying multivariate and machine learning approaches to link genomic diversity with clinical outcomes and inform national health policy.
