University of Exeter’s Centre for Metamaterials Research & Innovation invites applications for a fully funded Industrial PhD in Physics focused on Magnetic Metamaterials and Millimetre-Wave Devices. Based in Exeter, this PhD combines experimental and computational work with Leonardo UK to develop nanoscale metamaterials and miniaturised antennas.

You’ll work on designing 3D lattice structures, learn microfabrication and micromagnetic modelling, and join a £20m MetaHUB program.
