Emerging Futures CIC in Birmingham is seeking a Community Support Worker to lead the recruitment, training, deployment and supervision of Volunteer Recovery and Family Coaches across local recovery services and hospitals.
You will create opportunities for volunteers to support community-based recovery, wellbeing and family services, while raising awareness of volunteering within Emerging Futures and helping volunteers progress into paid roles within EF and partner organisations.
