Salary: CAD $74,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience). Higher compensation available for exceptional candidates with relevant leadership experience.

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the corporate website for UX, rankings, and conversions.
  • Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns and email workflows (e.g., Pardot).
  • Develop and support digital content for campaigns, product launches, and lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4 and other tools.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering and company leadership for aligned messaging.
  • Lead digital projects such as site revamps or automation integrations to completion.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a diploma or degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or web development.
  • 4–6 years in digital marketing with experience in SEO, web management, email, and paid media.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable results across multiple digital channels.
  • Skilled in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, WordPress or similar CMS (headless CMS a plus).
  • Marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Confident communicator who can simplify technical topics.
  • Proven use of AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to boost content and campaign quality.
  • Comfortable leading projects and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Eager to learn and market complex technologies like vision systems.
