Are you the system support representative we’re looking for?

  • U.S. citizen (candidates must not hold dual citizenship)
  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
  • Full-scope SSR (Special Security Representative) support capability

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of IT experience, or a qualifying college degree in Information Technology
  • Experience supporting F-15E (CV) operations

Average day as a system support representative:

You will work a consistent and predictable schedule, with onsite hours from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and occasional shifts outside of that hour block when necessary to support the Mission. This in-office position ensures you are always at the heart of operations, collaborating closely with your team. As a System Support Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting mission planning systems, which includes base and unit computers, peripheral equipment, and mission planning software. Your typical day will involve diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, systems, and networks within the planning environment. You will also support the management and optimization of planning data, including maps, charts, and mission-related databases, to ensure accurate and secure operations.
