Requirements:

  • All relevant right-to-work documentation
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Mental Health Support Worker in the UK
  • Be willing to attend and/or complete specialist training

The Role involves:

  • Daily documentation
  • Following a person-centred care plan
  • Working within an MDT
  • Supporting service users to access the community (Package dependent)
