Requirements- All relevant right-to-work documentation
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Complex Paediatric HCA in the UK
- Be willing to attend and/or complete specialist training
- Daily documentation
- Following a person-centred care plan
- Working within an MDT
- Supporting service users to access the community (Package dependent)
- Day shifts – 08:00-20:00
- Night shifts – 20:00-08:00
- Full time/Part time/Ad-hoc
