As a caretaker, you will maintain a small portfolio of properties, ensuring it is safe and clean. You will manage daily site checks, minor repairs and basic livestock care. The ideal Caretaker is dependable, uses initiative and can be flexible. Driving is essential in this role but a company vehicle will be provided.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a driver or caretaker is preferred but not essential
  • Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type being operated is required
  • Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and safety procedures is advantageous
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively
  • Experience working with animals is advantageous
