What you’ll do
- Build and own the B2B strategy.
- Design and execute our approach to employer partnerships.
- Map key segments, define our value proposition, and create a repeatable acquisition model.
- Source and close partner deals.
- Identify aligned SMEs, brokers, and benefit providers.
- Lead conversations, tailor proposals, and close high-value deals with decision-makers.
- Operationalise the channel.
- Work across growth, ops, and product to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for employer clients.
- Define playbooks and help build internal tooling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
