Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Global Sales and Growth (Remote)

A growing international brokerage is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive global sales, marketing, and client acquisition strategy. This role is at the heart of the company\\s expansion building revenue engines, scaling IB and affiliate networks, and ensuring the business captures opportunities across multiple regions.

The company is remote-first, well-capitalised, and focused on disciplined, client-first growth. While FSC-licensed, it operates with the professional standards of stricter regimes such as CySEC, FCA, and ESMA. The CRO will have the freedom to design scalable funnels, test new channels, and deliver growth while keeping transparency and compliance front and centre.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales, marketing, and revenue functions globally.
• Build and optimise acquisition funnels across regions.
• Expand IB/affiliate networks to scale revenue.
• Deliver against ambitious revenue KPIs.
• Mentor and manage commercial teams to high performance.
• Partner with leadership on growth strategy and regional expansion.

Requirements:

Drive revenue growth, optimize sales and client acquisition strategy across regions. 8-10 years experience in revenue leadership roles within FX/CFD or financial services.

• Proven record of scaling sales/marketing operations in brokerage/fintech
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels
• Partner/IB networks
