Emerald X, through its Insurtech Insights unit in London, is seeking a Customer Success & Delivery Manager to join the Global Partnerships team. This role spans the full customer journey—from shaping sponsorship inventory before deals to end-to-end delivery after signing, ensuring a demonstrable return for partners.
The successful candidate will nurture relationships across new and existing accounts, coordinate delivery with marketing, operations, and content teams, and act as the connective.
