They are looking for a motivated Junior SharePoint Consultant to support the delivery of collaboration and document management solutions for customers using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the delivery and configuration of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions for customers
  • Participate in customer workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Assist customers with document management, collaboration, sharing, and security requirements
  • Configure and support solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Work alongside project managers and senior consultants to support project delivery activities including documentation, testing, training, and customer communication
  • Support migration activities from legacy platforms into Microsoft 365
  • Produce clear documentation and user guidance materials
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during all client engagements
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and new platform features
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • English level C1 or native
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and workshop facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good documentation and organisational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (desirable)
  • Microsoft 365 related certifications (desirable)
  • Basic PowerShell knowledge (desirable)
  • An understanding of SPFX (desirable)
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and best practices
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a consultancy environment
EXPERIENCE
  • Approximately 1–2 years of experience working with SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 applications
  • Exposure with: Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, document management and collaboration solutions
  • Experience supporting or participating in Microsoft 365 migration or deployment projects (desirable)
  • Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders in a professional environment
  • General understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and collaboration technologies
  • Experience using web parts to build intranet pages.
  • Experience in participating in intranet design workshops
  • Consultancy, MSP, or IT support experience (desirable)
