We are looking for an HR Consultant to join our team of HR professionals, who embodies our core values and is passionate about driving organisational success – could this be you? The role involves building strong relationships and delivering value-added support across a broad spectrum of HR issues. Interested?
What we need you to bring to the team:
- Experience of working on investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings, ensuring fairness and compliance with employment law.
- The ability to develop strong client relationships, understand their needs and deliver HR advice, as well as deliver training to clients around new legislation.
- A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices whilst staying ahead of current legislation to keep us compliant and competitive.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.
- The desire to grow and develop within the team in the medium term. You will be looking for a role which will offer you personal and professional development in your career.
