We are looking for an experienced HR consultant who embodies our core values and thrives on managing complex cases requiring strong employment law knowledge – is this you?
This is an opportunity to manage your own portfolio of retained clients whilst taking a leading role in more complex employee relations matters as well as supporting colleagues when challenging cases arise.
What we need you to bring to the team
- Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Previous HR consultancy experience or a senior in-house HR background.
- Confidence advising business owners, directors and senior managers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
- A commercial awareness and the confidence to identify business opportunities.
