Job Title – Contact Centre and Telecoms Consultant Location – Market Harborough, LE16 7WB (1 day a week) Salary – Β£40,000 – 50,000 Duration – Permanent / Full Time Sector – IT consulting We are 4C Strategies, one of the leading independent IT infrastructure consultancies within the UK public sector. As we continue to grow and take on exciting new business opportunities, we are looking for a talented Contact Centre and Telecoms Consultant to join our team. Could this be you? You will have contact centre, telephony and some data networking experience in a client-facing role. You will provide guidance and expertise whilst building professional business relationships with customers and suppliers. Interested?… What we need you to bring to the team: β€’ Experience working with complex telephony, contact centre systems and networking solutions in a technical delivery or consulting role. β€’ A strong understanding of enterprise and communications technologies from a consultant\’s perspective rather than an end user. β€’ The ability to present confidently to project teams and business stakeholders. β€’ High levels of self-motivation and a desire to grow within a company β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Previous technical support or project delivery.
