We are a friendly team looking for a Jr Sous Chef who is eager to learn and have fun while working! Riviera will be one of the best South French Restaurants in the UK and is part of Emerald Hospitality Group. This is a great place to learn and master French-Mediterranean cooking techniques.

You will have the opportunity to create new dishes with our talented Head Chef and Executive Chef. We are fortunate to have some of the best equipment in our kitchen. Our beautifully designed kitchen meets the highest standards and features an open layout.
