Overview
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Reviewing and underwriting of new business quotations across all products within our underwriting appetite
- Regular communication with the Business Development Managers to maintain broker relationships
- Act as a referral point for lower level license holders
- Work closely and effectively with the Team to ensure that all work is completed within SLA’s and to maintain broker relationships by offering a high level of customer service.
Qualifications required:
- Cert CII or ACII qualifications
Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years Underwriting experience (commercial insurance, property/casualty)
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Working
- Good at influencing and relationship building
- Good organisational skills to ensure that company processes and procedures are followed
- Self-motivated
