Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Quarterly and annual capital reporting across several requirements; primarily Solvency II, RBC and AM Best BCAR
- Capital forecasts and stress & scenario testing for required entities, to meet ORSA, RSR, business planning and capital management
- Optimising capital assessments and liquidity for own risk assessment and reporting
- Support the business in assessing new coverholders; highlighting capital concerns and contributing to design of optimal structures
Qualifications required:
- Studying or newly qualified actuary
Experience required:
- 3-5 years’ experience in an actuarial discipline
- General Insurance Business experience is required with experience in Capital Modelling desirable
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and proficient user of other Microsoft Office products
- Experience with database and analytical tools such as SQL and R desirable
