Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Lead in the day-to-day management of projects and delivery of client work.
- Engage with all key stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met, risks are managed, and the quality of work is to the highest standard.
- Take responsibility for developing more junior members of the team, understanding their career aspirations and supporting their delivery.
- Support business development activities by building strong internal and external networks to help foster new clients and opportunities.
- Be a key member of the team taking capital modelling and model validation services to market.
Qualifications required:
- Qualified actuary.
Experience required:
- Minimum criteria you’ll need is UK professional services experience with deep experience in capital and/or reserving.
- Experience in Part VII transfers, Lloyds Statements of Actuarial Opinion and the Solvency II (or Solvency UK) Standard Formula.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work to tight deadlines and a track record of producing high quality work.
- Monitoring junior team members' work and coaching/career development.
