Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Form part of the UW leadership team, contributing to strategy development, team leadership and wider department development.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring these trade to budgeted figures and achieve target profitability.
- Take ownership of the UW governance framework, and chair key governance forums.
- Develop robust process for oversight of company’s AR, claims and anti-fraud activity.
