Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders during the implementation cycle to understand requirements, data, processes and systems, and to make recommendations.
  • Perform analysis of defined benefit datasets and report on accuracy, integrity and completeness of data from both pricing and administration perspectives.
  • Configure data parameters and perform transformation of data received from ceding pension scheme administrators.
  • Load data and complete control totals for audit purposes and upload to ULP’s in-house platform in preparation for administration.
  • Monitor the quality of data and when errors are identified, take steps to rectify and prevent/minimise error repetition.

Experience required:

  • Knowledge of defined benefits pension schemes, including data and benefit specifications.
  • Experience of large pensions data migrations.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience within a data analysis role.
  • Experience within financial services, preferably life and pensions.
  • IT office environment technology and communication skills.
