Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Pricing strategy – formulating and executing overall strategy for the DA pricing team in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring the team is set up for success in both the short and longer term
- Pricing analysis – instigating and overseeing high-quality pricing analyses, working with DA partners on model improvements and enhancing pricing quality
- Portfolio monitoring – developing a portfolio monitoring framework to enable timely and accurate performance tracking and provide insights to improve profitability
- New deals – collaborating with other functions to assess and communicate the performance of potential new DA portfolios, and ensuring a robust onboarding process when deals are approved
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in Actuarial roles, preferably with significant exposure to delegated authority business
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong market, risk, and business awareness
- Advanced knowledge of SME insurance products is a plus
- Highly numerate and analytical, with strong technical and financial skills
