Key responsibilities
- Social media management across platforms (posting, scheduling, captions, tagging)
- Scheduling content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
- Monitoring and responding to emails and messages professionally
- Handling sales and collaboration enquiries and flagging leads
- Creating simple graphics using Canva (posts, stories, thumbnails, promos)
- Basic video editing (short-form clips, trimming, captions, exports)
- Uploading and formatting content on websites or CMS platforms
- Keeping content calendars, folders, and tasks organised
- Assisting with outreach, follow-ups, and general admin tasks
- Posting or monitoring content outside standard weekday hours when required
