We are growing our outreach team and looking for confident, motivated individuals to join us as door-to-door canvassers for the solar division. This is a people-focused, field-based role ideal for those who enjoy talking to others, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-moving, eco-conscious industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Knocking on doors in selected residential areas
  • Starting conversations with homeowners about solar panels and offering free home assessments
  • Booking qualified appointments for our energy advisors (no hard selling)
  • Representing a trusted company and spreading awareness about renewable energy benefits

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude
  • Reliable and self-motivated with good people skills
  • Based in Birmingham or surrounding areas
  • Must have access to a vehicle
