About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a background in CROs to join our team in either the UK or Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and managing a variety of agreements with sponsors, vendors, and other key stakeholders. The role’s primary focus is on sponsor agreements and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and efficient support for clinical trial delivery. You may also support the review and management of core or commercial agreements when required.
Your Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate sponsor agreements, vendor agreements, change orders, and work orders.
- Ensure that contracts are aligned with organisational policies, legal standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Finance, and Business Development) to ensure contracts support project delivery needs.
- Serve as the primary contact point for contract-related queries and provide guidance on risk and mitigation strategies.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across contract management practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and ensure timely contract execution.
About You
- 3–5 years of contract management experience within a CRO.
- Strong knowledge of sponsor agreements, vendor agreements, change orders, and work orders.
- Proven negotiation skills with an ability to manage complex agreements under tight timelines.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in identifying risks and solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus.
