EMED Group is recruiting a Patient Transport Liaison Officer (PTLO) based at Countess of Chester Hospital. Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00, to bridge hospital and operations, integrated within the flow room, attending bed and site meetings.
You will be the point of contact for escalations to designated trusts during bed crises, handle patient queries, risk assessments, and coordinate bed managers with EMED. Role focuses on patient flows in a hospital environment.
