We are seeking for a

HR and Payroll Administrator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR team.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Payroll & Reward, you'll assist with a range of administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting the payroll and benefits processes.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of HR, such as systems administration, employee support, recruitment, Employee Relations and HR coordination.

You'll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn as you contribute to a positive and efficient HR function.

This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

  • WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
  • Ensure all employee data is accurately processed and maintained through proficient use of the HR systems. These include Bamboo HR and Service Now.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with Clinical Operations and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to support aligned, professional, and cohesive business operations.
  • Develop knowledge of payroll processing, calculations, answering employee queries and supporting the business with payroll reporting requests.
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislative changes and payroll best practices, proactively sharing knowledge to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Create and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation to reflect any changes in policy, procedures, or legislation.
  • Provide advice on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR processes at an operational level.
  • Support employee relations administration activities across the organisation, ensuring all documentation and communication is legally compliant and professionally managed.
  • Ensure all employee records and personnel files are accurate, up to date, and maintained with the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in response to employee and line manager queries, resolving issues efficiently and with a right-first-time mindset.
  • Advise on employee benefits and policy application, offering tailored, discretionary guidance when needed.
  • Manage all transactional activities across the employee lifecycle and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • A genuine interest in the HR and Payroll environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • 1-3 years expereince in processing Payroll
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Customer-focused approach - committed to meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of Google platforms, G-Mail, Google sheets etc.
  • Consistent and disciplined approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
