e Med is a digital health company focused on GLP 1 weight management and chronic care, operating in the UK and US and expanding globally.
Alongside its core platform, e Med supports the She Med and He Med sub brands.
The UK business is scaling its B2B channel, partnering with employers, brokers, and insurers to bring GLP 1 and chronic care programmes to their populations.
We're looking for a mid level marketing generalist to own the day to day execution of B2B marketing in the UK.
You'll sit inside a US led marketing function but be the dedicated voice and hands on operator for the UK market, translating global brand and campaign strategy into UK relevant, UK compliant marketing that supports employer, broker, and insurer partnerships.
This is a hybrid strategic and executional role.
You'll help shape UK B2B messaging and collateral, but you'll also be the one building the decks, running the campaigns, and keeping partner facing materials sharp.
This role reports to the US Head of Marketing, with close day to day collaboration with the UK commercial team (Managing Director, commercial leads) on priorities and content needs specific to the UK market.
Please note
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. We are based in Euston, London.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- B2B campaign execution. Plan and run marketing campaigns targeting UK employers, brokers (e. g. Aon UK), and insurer partners, from concept through to delivery.
- Sales and partner enablement.
Produce pitch decks, one pagers, ROI and case study materials, and partner facing collateral to support commercial conversations (e. g. employer GLP 1 propositions, broker pitches).
Includes template adaption from materials developed in partnership with global design resources.
- Content and messaging.
Adapt global brand messaging for the UK market, ensuring alignment with UK health advertising rules (ABPI Code, MHRA restrictions on prescription only medicine advertising to the public).
- Linkedin content development, adaptation from US assets & posting to UK handle
- Cross functional coordination.
Work closely with UK commercial, clinical, and legal teams to get marketing content reviewed and cleared; work with the US marketing team to stay aligned on brand, tone, and global campaign calendars.
- Events and field marketing. Support UK conference presence, webinars, and broker and employer events.
- Reporting. Track UK B2B marketing performance (pipeline influence, asset engagement, event lead gen, etc.) and report into the US marketing function.
- Does not include paid campaign reporting
- Market intelligence. Stay close to UK competitor activity and market dynamics to keep messaging differentiated.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, health tech, insurance, or a regulated industry.
- Experience producing sales enablement and partner facing materials for enterprise or broker and insurer sales motions.
- Comfortable operating with a manager and core team based in the US, with strong async communication, ownership, and initiative.
- Working knowledge of (or strong willingness to quickly learn) UK healthcare marketing compliance requirements.
- Hands on with content creation and campaign tools; comfortable building your own decks and materials rather than only briefing others.
- Excellent written communication, able to translate clinical and commercial complexity into clear partner facing narrative.
Nice to have
- Prior experience marketing into UK employer benefits, brokers, or insurers.
- Familiarity with the UK private healthcare landscape.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary
- e Med flex-leave
- 5% employer pension contribution
- Life Insurance 4x annual base salary
- Health cash plan
- Employee Assistance Program
- Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption pay.
- Health & Wellbeing resources
- Eye care voucher reimbursement (up to £20)
- Up to £80 towards noise cancelling headphones
We want to make sure our interview process is fully accessible to everyone.
Please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments or physical accommodations for your visit to our office.
Please note that offers of employment are subject to receipt of satisfactory references and a enhanced DBS check.
