eMed is seeking an IT Support Engineer (1st Line) to provide essential technical support for our UK team. This role involves assisting employees and clinicians, logging and resolving IT incidents, and ensuring smooth operational continuity throughout the region.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in IT support with basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and desktop troubleshooting. The position is based in Euston, London, with a rotating shift schedule Monday to Friday.
