We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) to join our established Digital Advanced Clinical Practitioner team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digitally enabled primary care, delivering safe, evidence-based clinical assessments and management through remote consultations to our diverse patient population.

As an ANP, you will manage a wide range of acute and chronic presentations, working independently within your scope of practice while collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team of GPs, ACPs, nurses and allied health professionals.

You will play a key role in delivering accessible, high-quality care that meets the evolving needs of modern primary care.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about digital healthcare, confident in autonomous clinical decision-making, and committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.

Please note

This is a remote role, working 20hrs a week, working a shift pattern.

  • WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
  • You will work remotely as an autonomous practitioner.
  • You will be confident in seeing a wide range of patients.
  • You will be able to prescribe a wide range of medications across a number of different conditions and presentations.
  • You will be responsible for your own clinical portfolio and maintaining your own scope of practice.
  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Hold a Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent advanced level qualification that evidences the 4 pillars of advanced practice.
  • Independent Nurse Prescriber.
  • Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working as an autonomous ANP in Primary care.
  • Able to manage undifferentiated and complex patient presentations independently.
  • Competent in blood result interpretation and review of diagnostic investigations.
  • Knowledge of current NHS primary care pathways and national clinical guidance (NICE, CQC, GMC/NMC standards).
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding for children and adults.

Desirable

  • Experience using Systm One.
  • Understanding of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), Enhanced Services and primary care contracts.
  • Experience conducting telephone and video consultations.
