We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work independently and takes pride in what they do – they need to be productive and visible during working hours and committed to ensuring service level KPIs are met.
As the Clinical Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the operational processes of our digital weight management service. You will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery while driving efficiencies across workflows. This role requires a combination of operational leadership, strategic planning, and people planning.
Please note: This role will require you to attend the office 5 days a week in our Drummond Street, Euston office.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the digital weight management service.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of workflows related to the prescribing and monitoring of GLP-1 medications.
- Workforce management ensuring we have enough of the right people working at the right time – working with the data teams to forecast demand and onboard/off board locums as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, product, and technology teams to enhance patient experience and service efficiency – as required.
- Develop and implement best practices, policies, and standard operating procedures to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including CQC, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to improve operational service delivery.
- Support the recruitment, training, and onboarding of clinical staff (Management Technicians, Pharmacists and GPs).
- Serve as a key point of contact for governance, service quality, and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the strategic direction of the service.
