- We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to provide day-to-day support and keep the MD’s schedule, meetings and travel running smoothly
- Diary & Calendar Management- Manage the MD’s diary, prioritising competing demands, coordinating meetings and resolving changes or clashes to ensure they are fully organised and prepared
- Travel Coordination- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and detailed itineraries. Manage changes, cancellations and last-minute requirements. Strong travel organisation skills and experience are essential
- Meeting Support- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and briefing materials, attend when required, take minutes, track actions and ensure the MD is fully prepared
- Administration- Maintain organised files and records, update databases, process expenses, order supplies and provide day-to-day administrative support
- Errands & Special Projects- Handle occasional personal errands, support events and special arrangements, conduct research and assist with ad-hoc projects. A practical, proactive and can-do approach is essential

- The ideal candidate will be confident in managing a busy diary, organising meetings and arranging domestic and international travel They should be proactive, detail-focused and able to anticipate what the MD needs.
- Diary management, meeting coordination and travel are key parts of this role, so strong experience in these areas is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
- Proven experience of 1-3+ years in a PA, Executive Assistant or Office Administrator role.
- Experience organising and supporting meetings.
- Strong experience managing busy diaries and calendars.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach.
