What the job involves
EMed is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, discovery, and execution for its high-impact digital health app that advances access to care. This role owns complex product areas spanning multiple teams and initiatives, driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful value to our patients and our B2B partners. As a member of the Product organization, you will operate at both the product and portfolio level—shaping strategy, aligning stakeholders, and guiding execution—while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. This role emphasizes product thinking, customer outcomes, and strategic decision-making, with delivery excellence as a means to achieving impact.
Please note: This role will be office based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex product domains across eMed’s platform. Translate company goals into clearly defined product outcomes, initiatives, and success metrics. Make strategic prioritization decisions across multiple initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility. Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and close collaboration with clinical, operational, and commercial partners. Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, scalable solutions using Agile methodologies. Balance speed, quality, compliance, and technical constraints in decision-making. Deeply understand patient, provider, and internal workflows to identify high-leverage opportunities. Ensure solutions are validated, outcome-driven, and aligned with real user needs. Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Provide clarity on what to build and why, while empowering teams on how to deliver. Navigate tradeoffs across scope, timing, quality, and compliance to maximize product impact. Lead multi-team product initiatives, ensuring alignment across dependencies and shared goals. Contribute to portfolio-level planning, sequencing work to balance strategic bets, platform investment, and near-term outcomes. Identify and proactively address risks and constraints that could impact product success. Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure products meet healthcare, privacy, and safety requirements. Incorporate compliance and clinical considerations into product strategy—not as afterthoughts. Champion high standards for quality, reliability, and trust across the product experience. Define KPIs that measure customer value, product adoption, and business impact. Use data to evaluate performance, inform iteration, and guide roadmap decisions. Communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations clearly to leadership. Support product team and cross-functional partners. Raise the bar on product thinking, discovery, and execution across the organization. Contribute to improving eMed’s product practices, principles, and operating model.
