EMED Group is seeking a Bank (0 hour) Controller/Planner to join our Wellington-based transport team. You will plan and dispatch high‑volume patient journeys, ensuring on‑time arrivals and efficient crew and vehicle use.
The role involves scheduling, coordinating sub-contractors, taxis and volunteers, and liaising with hospital staff to optimise resource utilisation and KPI performance.
Shifts are 07:00–20:00, Monday to Friday, with pay at £13.63 per hour plus 12.07% in lieu of holiday pay.
