As a volunteer, you'll be the friendly face that patients rely on during their journey to appointments. Your role is simple yet profoundly impactful: providing safe and reliable transportation, while offering reassurance and support during a challenging time in their lives.

No prior experience is necessary - just bring your caring attitude. There are no set shifts or required hours; however, we do have a preference for weekend availability, although not set in stone. You simply let us know your availability, and we'll schedule pick-ups accordingly. It's fully flexible and based on when you're free.
After you apply, a member of our team will contact you to go through a simple screening process to learn more about your background, discuss the role in more detail and give you an opportunity to ask questions about the role. If it's a good fit, we'll invite you to a face-to-face meeting where we'll check your car, review your documents and explain the next steps. From there, we'll arrange your training, help you complete a DBS check and make sure you're confident and ready to begin.
