We have a fantastic opportunity for a Volunteer Car Driver to join our team based in Bristol.

Responsibilities

  • Drive patients to non‑emergency appointments.
  • Assist patients in accessing vital hospital services.
  • Coordinate with our dispatch teams for seamless operations.
  • Foster positive relationships within the community.
  • Enjoy the autonomy of volunteering independently while knowing you have the backing of a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • A valid driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • A friendly and empathetic demeanour.
  • Access to a 4‑door (minimum) car.
  • Alignment with our organization’s values.
  • Basic IT skills (such as using a smartphone).

Next Steps

From there, we’ll arrange your training, complete a DBS check, and ensure you’re ready to begin.

Note: This role will be subject to several regulatory pre‑employment checks, including references and DBS, which may take 4 to 8 weeks.
