EMED Group is seeking a Patient Transport Liaison Officer for Royal Stoke Hospital in Stoke-on-Trent. This on-site role supports the Control team and coordinates with Track and Triage, therapists and care teams to ensure smooth discharges and timely patient transport bookings.
Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00, paid at £12.96 per hour. The role prioritises clear communication, escalation duties, and assisting with complex transport planning to improve patient flow.
